JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensuring to comply with wearing PPE.
  • Provides information to customers by verifying understanding of requests; answering questions; helping.
  • Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Responsible for gathering and reporting all circulation statistics to inform management decisions.
  • Answer all customers’ questions and provide relevant information.
  • Record all customer requests and forward those requests to the proper departments.
  • Attends weekly staff meetings.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Identify new opportunities, report to the supervisor, and capture them into the T&P CRM Sales.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Resolves billing problems by identifying the problem; explaining procedures; forwarding required adjustments.
