Join our team in Somalia! We are scouting for an experienced Warehouse Manager. Do you have minimum 5 years' experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role with exposure to first-world modern warehousing environment. Are you familiar with ERP system management and MS Dynamics SL 2015?

• Manage and ensure smooth operation of the day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and stock movement.
• Plan and ensure efficient space utilization and safety of all inventory items.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
• Establish, monitor, and maintain high standards of security in the warehouse by setting security procedures.
• Liaise with other departments such as
• Coach, and motivate employees.
• Produce reports and statistics monthly/weekly basis.
• ERP knowledge, added advantage of working with Accumatica
• Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company's policies and vision
• Ensure inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled with an automated system utilizing the help of the warehouse team.
• Monitor and update the inventory and make sure that all transactions are recorded promptly and accurately in coordination with the warehouse supervisor.
• Managing a large team and a huge value of inventory with several SKUs
