Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Technician role based in Mogadishu. The Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day installation, service, and maintenance of CCTV systems. They will work closely with our team to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience with CCTV installations, service, and maintenance
• Knowledge of IP CCTV installations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of networking and cabling
• Physical ability to install equipment and perform maintenance tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Relevant technical certifications and licenses are a plus
