Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at Shaqo Kaab Solutions in Hargeisa. The Human Resources Intern will assist with various day-to-day tasks, including HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies and practices in Somaliland.
• Experience in conducting criminal, health and reference checks.
• Understanding of personnel management and data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Somali and English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent customer service practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
