Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced female Accountant to manage our financial transactions, ensure accuracy, and provide financial insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform reconciliations of bank statements and balance sheets.
• Prepare and process payroll.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Provide financial advice and support to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Fluency in Somali and English is preferred.
• Female candidates only.
