As Cash Programming Lead, you will be the focal person, will play a leading role in managing the establishment and setting up of Cash and Voucher Programming (CVP) within the National Office, covering all sectors within the National office.
You will provide leadership on market assessments, cash transfer modalities, targeting, and implementation. Specifically:
Leading on the CVP Feasibility and Risk Assessment
Undertaking the CVP Delivery Mechanism Assessment, providing recommendations and contingency planning to support the scale-up of cash transfer programming;
Supporting the cash advocacy strategy/plan. The position holder will work closely with program management to ensure that assistance compliments and enhances the recovery and strengthening of local markets.
